Friday Morning Meditation

Hi All,

Welcome to term 4.  Friday morning meditations are on again fortnightly at 9.30am 13 Meadow St Coburg.

The dates for term 4 are Oct 17th and 31st, November 14th and 28th and December the 12th.  It is great if you are able to let me know if you will be coming along so I know who to expect.

This term the rates are changing slightly – the same great of $15 applies for regulars who can pay $75 for the term (paying weekly by agreement),
Want to just drop in Casually? – come for just $20.

This term we will be exploring being and accepting.  No experience is necessary to participate.

Each week you can expect to go on a journey in a safe and supportive group and leave feeling more at peace and ready for the day ahead.  My style is creative and I work with the body and emotion in the experience, helping you to remain grounded yet still receive insight.

Mindfulness and Meditation are great tools for living, they can help with feeling clearer about life, more at peace as well as being better able to manage life’s challenges.
