Needed

Hi Newlanders,

We are going away for 5 weeks from the 17th December to the 21st January. Our house is being looked after for most of that time but they will be unable to look after our 4 hens. We are hoping somebody in the area with a small flock or maybe an empty chicken run would like 4 extra girls and some extra eggs over the holidays? One doesn't lay, but we still get 2 or 3 eggs each day.

The girls (Henrietta, Olive, Percy and Eglantine) have been hand raised from chicks so are very tame and friendly. They always come running when called and love being hand fed. We will supply their nest box, feeder and food supply.
