I am looking for somebody to take over my lease for my apartment in Preston. One bedroom apartment BIR's,  new carpet and paint, one bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen, large living area, dining area. One off-street carspace. Tram stop very close by, supermarket and shops very close. Nice place, great neighbours, sad to leave!

Great for a single person or couple. 

$1,087 per month, same amount for bond. 

Starting time flexible, looking for someone to take over ASAP!
