LUNA FRANKLIN is MISSING

Around1:30pm on Monday 23 February, Luna went missing in the middle of the storm.

Last seen between High St and Plenty Rd, Near Preston Primary School, Ellison Street­‐between 7 and 7:30pm.

She is a small female whippet, solid blue­‐grey, with a white patch on her chest and a silver muzzle.
She is people friendly, is collared and tagged (tag has phone number).
