Hello Swappers, Just a quick reminder to come down to the IncrEdible Coburg Food Swap held at PepperTree Place on the first Saturday of every month. We kick off this Saturday, February 7th 2015 from 10am-12pm. February is our Fast Food Month - learn about and grow the fastest growing edibles this side of the Merri Creek. February will focus on helping you nurture fast growing, edible plants that will thrive and survive in your summer garden. Take home the likes of mizuna, rocket, tat soi, water cress, mustards, amaranth and coriander and learn how best to maintain them, harvest them at their peak and then eat them! Meet Judy Allen in the nursery and discuss growing fresh food fast.   Next month the IncrEdible Coburg Food Swap on March 7th will run a tomato saucing and food preserving workshop with Ross Parker.
