Reclaim your Core! Pelvic Floor Program for Women

The Victorian Continence Resource Centre is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to promote continence for all people living in Victoria by raising awareness about bladder and bowel health. Pelvic floor health and fitness is an essential component our work; we strive to educate women on looking after their pelvic floor to prevent bladder and bowel control problems.

Our physiotherapist has developed a five week Re-Claim your Core program for women, all ages, who want to learn how to take care of their pelvic floor and exercise safely to avoid pelvic floor stress and injury. The sessions have been designed for a class of 15-20 women and will be held at Jika Jika Community Centre, Cnr Plant Street & Union Street, Northcote commencing Wednesdays 29th of July 4:30pm – 5:30pm.
Also at Preston Neighbourhood House, 218 High Street, Preston commencing Mondays 17th of August 10:00am-11:00am.

Bookings are essential as places are limited. Please refer to the attached flyer for more information.
