Wanted

Untitled-2

Hi fellow Newlanders,

I'm going to build a hot compost in a few weeks time to feed the spring garden so I'm sourcing ingredients. Does anyone have some left over wood chip/wood chip mulch they don't really need?

With a hot compost, the process only takes about a month, and you end up with a really rich humus full of micro-bacteria and beneficial fungi, great for fruit trees and the veggie garden. If you'd like to know more about hot composting, see the link below.

I need about half a cubic metre  of wood chip to make about 1 cubic metre of compost. Happy to share the spoils once it's done!

Let me know if you can help, on 0420 717 021.
