This program is an Office of Multicultural Affairs and Citizenship initiative delivered by Leadership Victoria and supported by the MAV. Organisers are seeking applications from women newly arrived in Australia, who want to develop or increase their impact in community roles. This exciting program covers topics including leadership across cultures, empowerment, capacity building, and resilience, and will include workshops on difficult conversations and communication skills.
