    Try Pedal Cyclery, about to reopen on Gilbert rd, Preston.

    +1 for Pedal Cyclery, I think it's run by Chris? He is really nice, it's a small shop so he's got time to give great service and advice, and cheap too! My favourite part is that he'll always fix things instead of just replacing things, even on really old bikes.
