Recommendation Sought

Hi Newlanders,

Our tenants in our Preston house report a persistent possum living in one of the walls. Does anyone have a recommendation/contact for someone who can help with evicting the possum and patching up the hole? We are pretty sure we know where it's getting in. Would have a go ourselves but we're interstate.
