Wanted (semi-urgently): home for rent in Newlands or nearby.

Hi Folks. My 20-weeks-pregnant partner and I are looking for a house to rent in lovely, leafy Newlands or nearby. We have just learned that the rented house near Edgars Creek that we thought we were having our baby in needs major work (restumping, new bathroom, and more), so we are looking for a new home for our baby to land in. We’ve lived in the area for over 4 years now and love it, so we’re reluctant to move anywhere too far away.
