Community Forum on the Draft Urban Heat Island Effect Action Plan - Tuesday 22nd March

The Draft Urban Heat Island Effect Action Plan was approved for community consultation by Council on 10 February 2016. Staff from across the organisation have been involved in developing the draft.

A Community Forum on the Draft Action Plan will be held on 22 March, which will be an exciting opportunity to talk to Council officers about the Draft Action Plan.  There will also be a short panel discussion, followed by an informal time to ask questions. Staff are also welcome to attend the event to hear more about this exciting new Action Plan (no rsvp required).

Venue:                      Coburg Town Hall Foyer, 90 Bell Street, Coburg (enter via Bell Street)

Council staff will also be at the upcoming Glenroy Festival (Sunday 20 March) as we continue to seek feedback on the Draft Action Plan before 30 March 2016 at which time community consultation ends and the document will be finlised for Council endorsement.
