Meditation is on again in term 2 at Autumn Retreat and at Newlands Community House.

Tuesday nights at Autumn Retreat
From 7.30pm. – 8 weeks beginning 19th April
Term 2 we will Practice Meditation and Mindfulness  and explore it though the elements of Nature and the Chakras.
