Well there is no doubt winter is soon to be upon (and will officially be here by the time most of you read this I'll assume).
We have our next scheduled planting event this Sunday, June 5th from 10-12.30 PM followed by a celebratory BBQ. This is a Moreland City Council run event (with support from Ausnet) which celebrates World Environment Day 2016. The planting will take place at the Red Gum's area at the corner of Ronald and Danthonia Streets, North Coburg.

And while I have people's attention; due to unplanned absences for myself and Stephen Northey, the next event on our FoEC calendar has had to be postponed by a week. It will now run on Sunday 26/06/2016 from 1-3PM rather than the original advertised date of 19/6/2016. Our online calendar and Facebook pages have been updated.
And one more thing, for those who haven't had a look at our website recently, we've updated it so take another peak! We will eventually get all of Rob "Robstock" Burnett's photos up there to show the transformation of our key planting sites.
