Room available in centrally located Preston share house. Ten minutes walk to Preston Market or Gilbert Rd tram and cafes or 4 min walk to Regent station. We also have a Food Truck Park just around the corner.
The room is on the small side but you will also have access to a study which is quite spacious. It has shelves and there is room for a desk.
Heater in lounge room and air con for summer.
We also have wi fi and fairly big back yard.

Looking for someone sociable and easy going, late 20s -30s to share with 2 guys. We both work full time and do our own thing in regards to cooking and grocery shopping etc. We also have an awesome veggie garden, if that is your thing.
