I have a spare room in a 5 bedroom house - room has BIR and is medium sized. House is pretty original 1940s, wood heating only and original kitchen - so may not suit everyone...
House is 115 Fyffe Street Thornbury - close to creek and shops and trams etc.
Three of the rooms are occupied by my 10, 13 and 15 year old kids half the time.
