Hi Folks,

Spring is nearly hear and what better way to fine tune the health of your digestion than with fermented foods – come and learn how to make Sauerkraut!! You know you want to!!

With Gemma Macri at the PepperTree’s IncrEdible Coburg Food Swap on 3rd September, 10am-2pm you’ll be squashing sauerkraut into jars like a seasoned champion and learning all about the fresh food fermenting process.

First Saturday of Every Month, 10am-2pm bring your excess fresh garden produce down to the food swap table  and swap it for other fresh foods grown in Coburg and local surrounds. Not only swap food but recipes, preserves, herbs, cut flowers, eggs, seeds and edible weeds turn up regularly each month – all for FREE!!

Visit our affordable plant nursery to pick up this seasons vegie seedlings, herbs, and locally adapted plants for your garden, have a chat with Mary and the other volunteers there to get some great advice for your budding garden.

Take a break at our pop up café and grab a delicious sweet treat with  your Wild Timor coffee or stay for lunch – yes we’re featuring sauerkraut that day!!
