Fourteen Nights At Sea

Fourteen Nights At Sea. In a sinking vessel. No captain. No crew. Only a map of the stars and coordinates of the past. Celestial navigation. Longitude and latitude. Pull the anchor and head for the ocean floor.

Mares

Mares are a four piece downbeat band influenced by post-punk, rage and electronica.

No Sister

No Sister are a post-punk band from Melbourne. The band just released their debut LP in late August.

Tomb Hanx

A self-described and self-ascertained proto-glee-punk outfit from Melbourne. The sound of a thousand whinges chiming.

Adore

Adore is interested more in songs than in style. Writing, playing and being together is their motivation. They don’t talk about the kind of music they want to make, they trust their ears and let an organic aesthetic emerge from the process. The instrumentation restricts their sound but not their creativity.

Maria Moles & Adam Halliwell

Maria Moles and Adam Halliwell are an experimental guitar/drum kit duo based in Melbourne. The duo creates music that is spontaneously arranged during their performance, creating a cohesive musical experience that is always changing and evolving. Although the two have a background in jazz, their sound is influenced by a range of styles, including noise, electronica, kraut-rock and traditional Malian music.
