Meditation, Mindfulness and the Breath.
6 Tuesday evenings from 7.30-8.30pm beginning on the 15th November.
Join me on this journey into ourselves and out breath. Each week you will learn and practice Meditation and Mindfulness techniques and be guided into deep relaxation and exploration of the breath. A wonderful way to get some time to simply be in a traditionally busy time of the year.
Early Bird offer. Pay $90 when you book by September 20th or pay only $160 for you and a friend.
