Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion), to create a yoga practice that is attentive to both physical alignment and inner awareness, leading to deep healing and joy in our bodies, hearts and minds.

This new 5 week course with Rachel Wilson will journey through the 7 chakras, using flowing and held postures, pranayama and meditation to develop strength and flexibility, release, restore and balance our energies, and connect with our inner selves.

Rachel is a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Tuesdays 7.30 – 8.45pm, October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, & November 8th

$65 for bookings prior to Sept 20, $75 thereafter, or $20 per session
