Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion),
to create a yoga practice that is attentive to both physical alignment and inner awareness, leading to deep healing and joy in our bodies, hearts and minds.
This 5 week Summer course will bring the joy of the season
into the return to routines,
using flowing and held postures, pranayama and meditation
to open, soften, and surrender to the wisdom in our hearts.
Rachel is a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.
Tuesdays 7.30 – 9.00pm, January 24th & 31st, February 7th, 14th & 21st
$65 for bookings prior to Jan 10, $75 thereafter, or $18 per session
