Cycling distance to the University of Melbourne (35 minutes on the bike track, quicker on the roads), and CBD. 20min walk to tram or train which also take you to the city (around 30min ride on either). Very close to Preston market – great shopping. 5 min walk to supermarket (Woolworths) and Newlands local primary school.
$300/week plus bills. Bills are cheap as we have solar hot water, solar electricity and 2 water tanks.
Any cat-related expenses are covered by the owners.
