Kids' haircut and dance recommendations please

Hi all,

I'm after two recommendations, preferably local:

1. Somewhere to go for a good but cheapish kids' haircut (for a 2.5 year old with curly hair)

2. Kids' dance classes. My older daughter (4.5) is keen to do ballet, but I'd prefer her to start with some other form of dance - maybe classes that cover many types of movement to music? Any ideas?
