I can not thank this florist enough for turning an ordinary day into something special. It was the morning of my Mother’s funeral and my daughters and I had gone to the florist organised by funeral company to collect the 20 buttonholes we had ordered to match the flowers on Mums casket. We quickly discovered that  none of the flower colours were as requested and they had nothing else to offer. So standing outside on the footpath my daughters began searching for florists and calling, but not many are open between Christmas and the New Year. Lilly Pad were the first ones to answer we explained the situation and they said they would try and help us, but they only had half their stock as they were shutting that day for renovations. When we arrived they had begun an arrangement idea and spraying flowers to match, we asked if buttonholes were possible as it was now only 1 and 1/2 hours until the hearse was to arrive at the family home. They sent us home to get ready and delivered the most beautiful arrangement for the casket and 20 matching buttonholes in the Mum’s favourite colours to the family home within the hour. They also upsized the arrangement at no extra cost to help lighten our day.

So if you have a special occasion and need flowers please consider the Lilly Pad when they reopen mid January.
