Hello FoEC'ers and Friends,
I am writing to advise of our Annual General Meeting. It is obviously 'annual' and we are at that time of the year again. As per our constitution, all committee positions are vacated on an annual basis and as such nominations are welcome for all positions on our committee (president, secretary and treasurer).
The AGM will be an outdoor event and will be held at the Ronald Street footbridge area (or should I say the remnants of the footbridge area thanks to the December storms/floods). I appreciate this is late notice, however the day date is Sunday March 5th at 10.30AM. All friends and members are welcome to attend and as noted, all positions are to be filled!
Regarding the 2017 calendar, I am needing to put a couple of final pieces together so hopefully it will be out in the next week or so, rest assured we are "in grant"; we have been successful with our latest grant application so we have a full calendar of events in 2017 and are also funded for additional events in early 2018 already.
