I too have encountered the naked man atop the Kodak Hill overlooking Edgar's Creek when I was walking with my son last winter (so he's not up there enjoying the warm weather). I called the police and reported the situation but because I didn't call straight away (I didn't have my phone with me) they couldn't do anything. I agree with the recent blog post that any future sightings should be reported to Faulkner police ASAP. The police recommended this too.
