We're seeking a recommended Building Designer. We have a rather serious house problem and are going to have to demolish our 4 year old townhouse and get a new one built on a rather tight site. It will have to be built in a slightly different position so needs to be a new design, hence the request for a building designer that someone would recommend.
We will also need to find a good builder if anyone has a good recommendation.
We are hoping that we will be able to build a more sustainable/efficient house, but we will be really limited by the budget we get to do this.
We live in Coburg North and have suffered at the hands of bad building professionals (so called) and the really poor building authority system.
