Pranaa Yoga with Rachel Wilson on Tuesday evenings 7.30 - 9pm at Autumn Retreat, Thornbury - casual attendance welcome, or sign up for 5 or 10 weeks.

Tuesdays 7.30 - 9.00pm, July 18th to September 19th.

10 Sessions Early Bird $130 til July 14th, then $140 OR
5 Sessions Early Bird $70 til July 14th, then $75 OR
$18 for a casual class

Rachel is a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion) to create a beautiful yoga practice that focuses both on strengthening and opening the body to allow energy to flow, and on connecting with the inner self. 

Pranaa Yoga includes flowing and held postures, pranayama (breathing) and meditation so we can open, soften, and surrender.
