Qwerty _have fast become favourite...s with their effortless shredding and exemplary song writing. https://soundcloud.com/qwerty3 011/shops
These three dynamic and commanding bands will also be appearing on the upcoming Identical Records compilation.
Also appearing on the night ...
Cunting Daughters - Cunting Daughters are a post punk, xanax-wave horror movie soundtrack –a three-piece exorcism by way of abrasive, droning guitar, lush piano and driving drums. This accidental metal marriage with pop leanings, is fronted by lapsed Catholics, Ruth McIver (vocals/guitar) with piano/organ by Lucy Van with Cameron Potts on drums.
Team Epsilon - Team Epsilon emerged from the mud of Coburg Lake on a dark and shadowy summer's night some years ago, thought to be summoned by a cabal of errant stray cats and lake ducks. First sighted in 1802, Team Epsilon is thought to encompass the roving members of too many bands, across too many genres, yet somehow over the centuries, a sound has emerged that combines the creative talents, patience, and lack of patience of the swamp musicians, that promises to bring you the ambient punk rock orchestral sound you never knew you were waiting for. Afterwards they will throw you into Coburg Lake where you will eventually re-emerge to the singing of the cats and the ducks, and become one of them....one of them...one of them...
Rosie Haden - Rosie Haden has been writing and performing her unique blend of roots music genres for more than 20 years, first arriving in Australia from New Zealand in her late teens. Rosie has played at various festivals and venues around Victoria either as a solo artist or with her then band The Slidewinders since the 1990s. Rosie performs tonight with bass player Greg Hoepner (Blissbombs/Brain Snaps).
