Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion) to create a beautiful yoga practice that focuses both on strengthening and releasing tension in the body to allow energy to flow, and on connecting with the inner self. Pranaa Yoga includes flowing and held postures, pranayama (breathing) and meditation to help us open, soften, and surrender.
