Rental Needed

Hi, Newlands Community hope you're all well!

I'm looking for a new rental for my 2 children and myself in North Coburg preferably. We are currently on Claremont St and we like to stay in the hood! We are looking for a 3 bedroom house or slightly bigger to share with like-minded folk or to be able to rent out a room. 

My lease ends on the 4/12. 

But we are ready to move out sooner than that. Also if you are looking for a place let me know as we can transfer the lease.
