WEED AND EAT
(Meet at the bench opposite 101-103 Connolly Avenue)
If each person that regularly walks or cycles past here kindly took, daily or weekly, a handful of our 3 main weeds (which also are edible to humans, chooks, and rabbits) they would not only have a gentle wander through this area and visually receive its floral gifts but they would also actively Care for Country.
The 3 weeds to target will be shown to you so you can be confident to do the right thing.
There will also be games for kids, and a very special guest to tell us how to care for chickens as May is the International Month of Respect for chicken (yes, there is such thing!)
