Wednesday July 4th Concertina Bookbinding Creations for Kids Learn to make your own book with local artist Fern Smith for school holiday fun! 6-7 years old: 10am-12pm Book now 8-12 years old: 2-4pm Book now $20 (Full) / $15 (Concession)
Friday July 6th Fit4Fun Multi-sport and fitness program designed to provide kids with a fun and social environment to develop their fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence and passion to be active and healthy. The program also aims to introduce children to a wide range of sports, including Soccer, Hockey, Tennis, AFL and circuit-based exercises. Friday July 6th Girls Shine Bright An opportunity to gather with other young women in a fun supported and creative space. Craft activities will be done both individually and in small groups, in a safe welcoming environment to foster friendship and build community. 1-3pm (12-17 years old) $20 (Full) / $15 (Concession)Book now Thursday July 12th Old Clothes Upcycling Workshop Got a favourite T-shirt that you can't bear to part with, even though it's full of holes? A comfy but raggedy pair of leggings? Come in and learn how you can turn old clothes into something new- like making an old t shirt into a reusable bag, or an old pair of leggings into some arm-warmers. Lots of fun and things to create. 10.30am-12.30pm (8-13 years old) $20 (Full) / $15 (Concession)Book now Thursday July 12thSock Puppet making Ever wanted to make a sock puppet, complete with its own quirks and personality? At this workshop you can create a cheeky monkey who likes to eat lamingtons, a growling lion with a flouncy mane who likes his hair combed, or a sly fox with a special fondness for roast chicken. The possibilities are endless- we'll be using sustainable & recycled materials to create these funny characters, and afterwards you can perform a play with them in it! 1-3pm (8-13 years old) $20 (Full) / $15 (Concession)Book now
