The next session of BACK TO THE SŪTRA is this coming Saturday, 4 - 5.30 pm at Reconnect Yoga, 140 Melville Rd, Brunswick West. Also - Yoga with Clare will be back at Newlands Senior Citizens' Centre for ALL of term 3. This is a small class of yoga posture and breathing, suited for people looking for a regular practice.
And finally, coming soon to Fairfield Wellness: FEAST of PEACE - 4 workshops exploring Vedic Peace Chants and how to use them to increase a personal sense of wellbeing. I'll post a flier soon.
