Room to Rent – Coburg- $200 (dog friendly).

Hi, I'm a mature single woman in a long term rental, looking for male or female 30 – 50 to share my home.

The Space:

The room is light and breezy, polished floor boards, small – med size.

Floor boards throughout, it has a spacious kitchen dining and lounge, split system, dishwasher, separate laundry, two toilets, large outdoor living area, large front and backyard with fruit trees, herb/vegie garden and outdoor living area. On a corner block, in O’hea St, on a bike and walking track, bus route and short walk to tram and train. Milk bar straight across the road and O’Hea's bakery at the end of the street.

Me:

I work locally, I like a friendly social home, with enough areas to have your own space.

I intend on adopting a dog in the next 6 months, I'm a chef by trade,  avid 3RRR and PBS listener, love gardening, cooking, live music and a good Netflix series.

You:

Looking for a place to settle for a year or more, dog friendly, enjoys conversation and having a relaxed chilled home life. If you're into gardening, music, cooking – that’s a bonus!

Someone with an environmental and community conscience would be wonderful.
