We've made purchasing the best and the most local food more convenient...in a way in which supports, empowers and champions the farmers and makers.

We just wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing cheese makers on our little Collective.

Both Pangrazzi Cheese and Prom Country Cheese are not only cheese makers...but they are foremost dairy farmers, milking their own herds raised on their own organic and natural farming land. They do the milking themselves, and then they make cheese in their respective facilities on their own farms. This is true provenance. The Pangrazzi family also sell their delicious organic milk through the Collective...we are mighty lucky.

Last month, Carolyn and Paul Pangrazzi entered 5 cheeses into the Australian Food Awards 2018. (Royal Melbourne Show)...and 5 out of 5 cheeses took home medals... their Cherokee Red, Hoddle Brie, Camembert, Washed Rind and Black Pepper Camembert. A wonderful achievement.

Today, in The Age's Good Food, Bronwyn and Burke Brandon of Prom Country Cheese were written about in glowing terms, about their farming and their cheese. They rightly have many awards to their name, and you can read all about the Brandons here: https://www.goodfood.com.au/recipes/news/the-gippsland-farm-making-blue-cheese-that-people-flock-to-taste-20180829-h14oqg
