Qigong Classes In Reservoir.
8 Weeks in Term 1.
Starting this Thursday 7th February.
7.00 pm till 8.30 pm.
Address - Inner Chi Balance. 6 Carrington Road, Reservoir.
We run classes in our purpose built studio out the back of our house. When you arrive please walk up our driveway, way through gate to our studio at end of driveway.
Classes start on Thursday 7th February untill Thursday 4th April 2019.
No class on Thursday 21st March.
$105 prepaid for Term 1 (8 weeks) or $15 casual class.
Payments for classes are to be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Our Qigong classes includes breathing, focusing internally with gentle movements, sitting. standing, laying down or walking.
Feeling our bodies, relaxing and being present allows us to feel calm, peaceful, more focused and happier through practice.
