Lamb for Sale

Orders are closing soon for Holistic Pastoral Regenerative Lamb packs; and we have decided to run a sale on our wholesome, organically grown, pastured lamb. 

 

This summer has been a really dry hot one, and farmers from all over the South-Eastern parts of Australia are preparing for a long dry Autumn.  

 

With no rain on the horizon, and no new growth in the pasture yet, we have decided that it’s time to de-stock our sheep from the farming system.  It’s a really hard decision to make as a farmer, but to keep them on the land would mean that we have to hand feed them at great expense, at the same time as we continue to impact our pastures that have not yet recovered.  

 

I think the thing that makes a regenerative farmer different from a traditional farmer is that the health of the land comes first, and as hard as it is to say bye to the sheep, we have to stick by our pledge to look after the land first.

 

For our customers, this means that we really need to sell as much of our beautiful, tasty organically grown lamb as we can, so we have decided to offer a special discount on our lamb packs. Our sale prices are geared towards those purchasing larger packs, so why not get together with another family and split a pack, or fill your freezers with the tastiest lamb, for the coming winter months.

Sale Prices Large Lamb packs - $280 2 whole shoulders, rack or cutlets, loin chops, rump steaks, 2 legs of lamb, 4 shanks, neck chops and sausages and mince.(Approximately 8 loaves of bread in freezer space required)   Medium Lamb Packs - $140 1 whole shoulder, 1 rack or cutlets, loin chops, rump steaks, 2 shanks, 1 leg roast and sausages and mince.
