Joel, on Instagram last night tagged the Collective in a post as he was making gnocchi from those awesome Pat Kyne Organic potatoes. And now all I can think about is gnocchi!
Tagging or hastagging the Collective is a great way of connecting with us, helping us grow the community, giving us all inspiration about our next meal, showing us different ways in which to use produce and to just sometimes say "Thank you" to a farmer or a maker.
Orders are open for March, and remember, the farmers and makers are out there, rain (we're hopeful for the Autumn break), hail, or shine...or shall we say, heatwave, tending animals, plants and the environment organically and regeneratively, so more people can eat better food, grown with the environment and rights of farmers in mind.
