The purpose of the Newlands and East Coburg Community Houses is to strengthen the community through creating a space of belonging, inclusivity, equity and growth.

Together with the Committee of Governance (CoG), the role of the Manager is to realise this purpose, working across 2 locations in the vibrant and diverse areas of East and North Coburg.

We are seeking a highly motivated manager, who is a creative and entrepreneurial thinker to deliver on NECCHi’s ambitious strategic plan for the next three years. Suitable tertiary qualification(s) in Community Development or other relevant field; and/or a combination of relevant experience, expertise and competence.
