This is a non-judgmental space that is all about you and wraps you up like a big hug or a warm blanket as you journey along as a new mum. You may be loving the journey so far or facing challenges in these early weeks and months….all experiences are welcomed.
Sue and Jo are your facilitators and have extensive experience in working with women and families as midwives, educators, counsellor and bodyworker.
