Go Slow Yoga classes are small, friendly, nurturing and for all bodies.
These classes would suit those who may feel unsuited for, or uncomfortable in large, fast paced group classes. Practice at your own pace with an experienced teacher, in a supportive environment.
Each class includes the practice of restorative yoga to send you home deeply rested and ready for your week ahead!
Classes for term 1 start:
