If you are wanting to buy face masks for your family for poor air-quality days or just for turning the compost, Pascale did some research on what’s available and bought extra for others from a New Zealand company called MEO. They are made from wool and are compostable. They have a P2 rating although they are not the type with a valve. They’re very light and soft.

They come in a box of 7 which costs about $10, or kids packs of 3 are approx. $4. Adults are mostly size M, either mixed pastel colours or all black. A few size L also available. Purchase of a whole box or packet will keep it easy :)
