We need to support "better dairy".
Dairy from small farm holders, families who farm, cows on pasture, glass bottles, cheese made from this milk. It's as simple as that. Cheap food, including dairy, is an illusion. You pay for it somewhere: with your health, the welfare of animals and the environment, or the poor livelihood of the farmers.
If we don't support families like Prom Counry Cheese, Tarago Valley and the Butterfly Factory, then your choice of dairy for you and your family will diminish and disappear. It will.
Please make your consumer $ count and reintroduce real, beautiful, organic, grass-fed milk, yogurt and cheese back into your life.
