Dear lovely community,
My family and I have been for quite some time looking for a house to buy in the area. We do feel emotionally attached to Newlands community. We have found that people here are friendly, welcoming and generous therefore we would love to make our home here. If someone is aware or knows that a house will go for sale in the next few months, please let us know. We are a genuine family of 3 with a bub on its way and we are very open to hear any possible options.
