Go Slow Yoga invites you to spend 2 nourishing hours in rest and restorative yoga practice at One Heart Yoga on the grounds of the beautiful Abbotsford Convent.
Be guided through a practice of restorative yoga where there will be no doing, instead you will be cradled, cushioned & supported by yoga props where you will rest for up to 15 minutes in each posture.
These workshops would suit anyone seeking deep rest in their lives as well as those experiencing stress, insomnia & fatigue including those managing chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), adrenal fatigue and postnatal depletion.

About the teacher:
Nicole is a Yoga teacher with a passion for offering a mindful, accessible and inclusive practice of yoga for all bodies. Nicole is a Registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia and a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher. She is also a qualified practicing Social Worker (BSW – Hons).
