Any body renovating and need short term rental or have out of town visitors who need longer term accom? 

A two bedroom, quiet, fully furnished apartment with garden surrounds in east Coburg is available from 1st of May for 9 months for a short term lease. The price is $450 a week until Jan 30, 2021. Handy location on Harding Street close to Merri Creek and the No 1  tram to the City. 

Bills not included but easy to transfer. 

All furniture included: dishwasher, fridge, washing machine (a separate laundry), and NBN hi-speed internet connection. Air con, heating, bath, balcony, floor boards and natural wool carpets, and 'robes in all rooms. 

A 9 month lease is preferred but I'm open to 6.
