Community Access & Inclusion Support Worker
Hello there, I am a qualified disability support worker living in Coburg. I am a registered sole trader and available to work with families and individuals with NDIS plans. (either self or plan managed).
I can provide support with social & community participation, home care, personal care, gardening, transport and other core /daily living supports.
I have a working with children check, level two first aid & a national police check. I am currently employed by a local council (casually) and have excellent references & training.
Available at short notice for regular, weekend or occasional work at NDIS rates.
