Yoga is back up at Yellow Door (134 Nicholson Street) from Thursday 25th!
Thursday 6.15pm - Vinyassa
Thursday 7.30pm - slow flow and relaxation
Places are limited to allow for social distancing so please book your spot. It is also appreciated if you bring along your own mat.
If you are not ready to join us inside but would like to practice some Yoga, please join me at 10am on Fridays in the park.
