At this time of year our intuitive sense is to hibernate, stay warm, and to slow down.
Go Slow Winter Yoga classes will support you to move with the energy of winter, offering warming, internalising & nourishing practices of yoga suitable for those both newish to yoga as well as the more experienced practitioner.

Go Slow Yoga offers a payment schedule that allows you to pay at a rate that is reflective of your current financial circumstance.
The Classes:
Expect an integrated yoga class incorporating asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and restorative yoga for deep rest.
Everything is optional, modifications and options will be given and you will have full permission to move at your own pace. Relaxation will be a focus with each class ending with the nourishing and healing practice of savasana and restorative yoga - all in the comfort of your own home.
These classes are small to allow for individual attention and are delivered to you online via Zoom. They are an alternative to fast paced one size fits all yoga classes.
